Last Night Different than Planned

Christine I thought of you and the job situation last night... I was supposed to be somewhere last night then someone I've been witnessing to invited me somewhere else so I prayed about it and decided to go with those people... then something changed and that just didn't work out either so I didn't end up at either of those two places... but I think I was where God wanted me last night. We had just dropped my son off at the school for his Basketball game and we went to the store to buy some wrapping paper... while in the store there was this man who was kinda smelly and dirty, first reaction was of course to be like ew yuck! but then I thought of something someone once said to me "you'll know your becoming more like Jesus when the ones you twould normally urn your nose up at you'll want to embrace." Well we left the store and saw him walking... I NEVER pick up strangers I think it's really stupid, but I just felt the Lord's nudge to offer him a ride. It was only 13 degrees outside and he had a 3 mile walk ahead of him. So I'm really glad God didn't let me be at the 2 places I thought I belonged at! So don't question why God is not letting you have the thing you thought was best.... trust that HE knows what truly is! Hope your day is going really well.... I'm just jealous of you being in Texas really warm while I'm dealing with 13 degrees of yuck! But no complaints the Sun is Shining!
