Christmas Miracles

I love stories about God doing amazing things! They build hope and faith and are just plain great! So I'm going to share a Christmas miracle story from 1992. There have been more in my life but this one is my best! I was a single mom of two really great little boys and pregnant for my third child. My oldest son was 2 and my younger son was 9 months old. Things were intensly tight financially at that time. Well Christmas Eve I laid in bed and cried... all I had under the tree was a squeakie toy for my younger son and a toy football for my older son (dollar store toys). Well of course as a mom I wanted to do so much more as I have the best kids ever born :)! It was around 11:00 pm on Christmas Eve, there was a knock on my door within seconds I was at the door, no body was there. I lived on the top floor of my apartment building and saw no one in the stairway, no one in the hall, no footprints in the snow outside... at my door had been left a big box of presents for my children and myself! To this day I'll never know who left that box... nor do I need to! So that's my Christmas Miracle! God heard my cry and blessed us abundantly! My other prayer that day was that someday I could do that for others... and God has blessed us with the ability each year to do the same for someone else! God is Great!
